We assure the excellence of our products through a thorough control of our processes. Metalgráfica Renner permanently works with the concept of Total Quality Management.

Three programs stand out amidst our efforts for satisfying the needs of our clients and attaining constant quality.

Fábrica de Idéias is a program that rewards the employee –or group- that proposes alternatives to improve the every-day activities of the company. The suggestions are the most varied, from cleaning the spaces to improving the maintenance of pieces. Everyone working in Metalgráfica Renner is an agent in the company's transformation process.

Manutenção Preventiva Total – TPM (Total Preventive Maintenance) is performed by the operators of the production line themselves. It consists of monthly evaluations of the equipment in order to avoid eventual breakage of pieces and the losses that suspending the production for a long period would bring.

The 5S program helps preparing the environment for quality, through the commitment of everybody who works in the company. The program proposes the cleaning and the conservation of the common areas, the reduction of energy and raw matter waste, the participation of the employee in the quality process and the development of workers' self-discipline.

Metalgráfica Renner is also always attentive to new techniques in the market. We invest in the qualification of our employees. Courses, seminars and visits to companies are some of our initiatives to form an active and efficient team.

Security at work

Metalgráfica Renner is constantly concerned about the security and health of its collaborators. The company works with prevention and awareness in order to create a safe and healthy environment, inside and outside the company.

Throughout the year we offer safety drills to our employees. Among the subjects approached are basic security procedures, prevention of work-related illnesses and related first aid notions. Each function performed in Metalgráfica Renner receives specific orientation.
